I was supposed to blog this last week, but i didn't because I was busy with the baking and house chores and the felt stuff... I say last week because i was actually baking for Gawai Celebration!
I did a lot of cookie baking especially when there’s any special occasions are around the corner.
I’ve been having quite a bit of fun reading and searching for recipes on joyofbaking.com lately. So when I stumbled upon this recipe for oatmeal cookies, I couldn’t resist.
After I went for some shopping for the ingredients, I didn’t get to buy cinnamon, light brown sugar and chocolate chips. So, I intended to bake it my way and replace what is missing from the recipes with something else.
So when I finished, I ended up with these.
I don’t know what to say about these cookies that aren’t obvious just from looking at the picture. They are delicious! :P
For the past two consecutive years, I've been baking Sugar Cookies repeatedly especially during Christmas season...XD but i did change the shape and the colours....hee!
